Respectful Communication & Messaging Guidelines

Please be kind and respectful to our staff. Everyone on the team is doing their best to assist you and ensure your child receives the care they need.

 

Rude, disrespectful, or aggressive behaviour — including swearing — will be documented in your child’s file and may result in dismissal from the practice.

 

Messaging Reminders

All communication with our office should be sent via the OCEAN Patient Portal.

 

A few helpful guidelines:

  • Keep your messages brief – no more than 1–2 questions or 2–3 sentences
  • Always include your child’s full name and date of birth in all correspondence
  • Use your child’s date of birth (not your own) when enrolling in OCEAN
