In early December 2025, we will be transitioning to the new TELUS Collaborative Health Record (CHR) - designed to make the relationship between patient/parent and Dr. Goldade more interactive, transparent, and efficient. It will be the central place to send messages, complete questionnaires and book appointments. All is one place!! But until then, you will still need to use the buttons below (with the Ocean Patient Portal).

• Non-Urgent Issues, you can message us using the OCEAN Patient Message Portal during business hours (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
• Semi-Urgent Issues: Call Health Link at 811
• Emergencies: Call 911, visit your nearest emergency department, or contact your Family Physician
