Dr. Goldade is currently booking:

• New Consultations in June 2025
• Follow-Up Appointments in August/September 2025

Children typically require follow-up appointments every 6–8 months to monitor growth, development, and overall well-being. If your child has not had a virtual or in-person visit within 12 months, the file will be considered closed and the matter resolved.

Please note: Prescription refills and messages through the OCEAN Patient Portal do not count as a clinical visit.

If your Family Physician believes your child still requires paediatric specialty care, they are welcome to send a new referral at their discretion.

If you did not book your follow-up at the end of your last visit, note that availability may be limited, and the next opening may not be until August 2025 or later. If a follow-up is needed and hasn’t been scheduled yet, please contact us through the OCEAN as soon as possible to request an appointment.

The office does not reach out to schedule follow-ups — it is your responsibility to initiate the booking when appropriate.
